There will be some minor changes to how you log in to STS Online from Tuesday 12 July 2022.
What this means for you
From 12 July, the Log in to STS Online button will be called STS Online Login via Digital Identity. It will direct you to the Australian Government Digital Identity System where you’ll be given the option to choose myGovID as your Identity provider and be asked to provide consent to share your information.
There is also a link to the Digital Identity website for those users who want more information about the System.

How do I login to STS online?
The log in to STS Online is on our Logins for NSW RTOs and ANPs page.
Follow the log in steps below:
Click the Continue with Digital Identity button
Select myGovID as your Identity Provider
Enter your myGovID email address
You will be taken to the myGovID login page and enter your myGovID email address.
You can select ‘Remember me’ to make logging in faster and easier in future. Next time you won’t need to enter your email address and the four-digit code will be pre-filled in your app for you to accept.
Accept or enter the code on your mobile device
A four-digit code will appear on the login screen. Enter or accept the four-digit code in your myGovID app on your mobile device.
Provide consent
Provide consent to sharing the information outlined on screen. You can select “Remember my consent” so you do not need to do this step for future logins.
