These instructions advise Youth Justice service providers of their annual performance reporting requirements. These requirements include a Self-Assessment Report, an Aboriginal Participation and Outcome Plan, and an Equity Plan. The Self-Assessment Report demonstrates what has been done while the Aboriginal Participation and Outcome Plan and the Equity Plan reflect what will be done.
