How is the coaching delivered?

It’s your choice:

  • online or over the phone
  • at a time that suits you, five days a week from 8am to 6pm

How much time does it take?

You have access to four hours with your coach. How you use this time is up to you. You can speak to your coach for 15 minutes in one session, and an hour in the next. You don’t have to use all four hours if you don’t want to. The service is flexible and can be worked around your schedule.

What do I need to bring to my first coaching session?

If you already have a topic in mind, you can bring this to your session, or your coach can help identify areas to address and guide you from there.
