- documentary evidence from the tradesperson
- evidence for your claim.

Leniency is generally not considered for offences involving dangerous dogs. Reviews will be considered on a case by case basis.
How to submit a request for review
If you decide to request a review of your fine, you will need to provide the following:
- any supporting evidence
- proof of identification - such as your address, date of birth and driver's licence number.
If you can't find your offence listed in this guide, you can still request a review for any fine.
