OSII is conducting market engagement for the first tender opportunity under the Social Impact Outcomes Fund announced at the 2021-22 NSW Budget.
This tender opportunity will focus on advancing women's economic and skills outcomes and will be open to work integrated social enterprise (WISE).*
We are looking to consult the following organisations to inform and shape the social impact investment (SII) tender opportunity:
- social impact intermediaries that have direct experience supporting WISEs
- philanthropic organisations that have an interest in partnering with NSW Government on outcomes-based contract arrangements
- WISEs that have interest and/or experience in supporting women’s economic wellbeing through an outcomes-based contract arrangement.
Our market engagement approach will include a range of activities including direct discussions and roundtables.

The SII opportunity was released through an open competitive tender in June 2022.
*Work integrated social enterprises (WISEs) are social enterprises that provide employment and pathways to employment for people who experience structural barriers to mainstream workforce participation.
