    The infrastructure team at Create NSW manages properties to support arts and cultural organisations in subsidised accommodation.  Opportunities to lease space from Create NSW are advertised through open Expression of Interest (EOI) rounds. Any open EOIs will be advertised on this page.

    What we do and how we work

    Create NSW manages properties to support arts and cultural organisations in subsidised accommodation. By doing this we hope to:

    • Increase access to quality arts and cultural facilities.
    • Encourage innovation in the design and use of the facilities.
    • Improve the sustainability of arts and cultural facilities.
    • Encourage collaboration and partnerships between arts and cultural organisations.

    We also provide short-term hiring of spaces for productions, rehearsals, festivals, events and other projects. Benefits to NSW include contributing to the economy, urban renewal and social cohesion. See our Infrastructure Support Policy

    Short-term spaces for lease or hire

    Create NSW provides creative spaces for lease and hire to eligible creative organisations and businesses. You can also hire spaces through resident tenants at Create NSW properties.
