“We hope that people take the time to visit us at Agfair and that one or more of the service topics on our timetable pique their interest. Our staff are excited to be able to have down-to-earth talks and interaction with the public,” said a Far West LHD spokesperson.
At the FWLHD booth, health staff will be available to talk about their respective services, health related topics and will be undertaking various activities.
Health information, job opportunities in health and a variety of resources that will be available including topics such as lead, healthy eating, women’s health, chronic care with diabetes education. We will also be offering free health checks, and free fruit and water.
There will be a special guest appearance from Lead Ted Junior on Friday, 3 May 2024. Led Ted will be visiting the FWLHD booth and will be walking around sharing Lead Ted Bears to little children!
