About Merimbula coastal bar
Merimbula Bar is a sandy indentation, lying between Haycock and Merimbula Points, and is 3.6km wide in a north by west and south by east direction. The bay is 1.75m deep with depths of about 30m shoaling gradually to 9m at 350m off the beach.
