The Guidelines for Approved NSW School Providers Delivering Courses to Overseas Students ('the Guidelines') have been amended to reflect the Commonwealth's revised English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) Standards 2018 ('the ELICOS Standards').
The changes to the Guidelines include:
- Sections 4 and 6 amended to reflect the changes to the ELICOS Standards, including a definition of what constitutes an ELICOS course under the legislation
- clarification of where policy and/or procedures are required as evidence of compliance
- minor administrative amendments.
The amended Guidelines are available to download from the Regulation > CRICOS section of the NESA website.

- tracked changes version of the Guidelines.
