New malpractice penalty – HSC minimum standard tests

NESA has updated the Assessment Certification and Examination (ACE) entry for HSC minimum standard online tests (ACE rule 4062 and ACE rule 4065).
The following penalty now applies under ACE rules 4062 and 4065: Students found to have engaged in malpractice or a breach of test rules will have their result cancelled and must wait for at least 30 days before re-sitting the tests.
