About Pyrmont Wedding Registry
Overlooking Pyrmont Bay, the Pyrmont Registry is the perfect intersection of natural and urban landscapes. Surrounded by parklands, water and modern architecture, this venue and our team will ensure your big day is effortless and beautiful.
Your Classic, Unique or Premium ceremony will be held in our private Terrumi rooms which are bathed in natural light.
Pronounced ‘Te-d-um-ai’, these rooms have been named in a local aboriginal language, meaning “always” or “forever”. This intimate space is the perfect affordable ceremony site for celebrating with family and friends in the heart of Sydney.
Couples can also choose a Legal-only ceremony. This option includes you and your partner, your 2 witnesses and celebrant in a small Registry room.
Those who are already married can also renew their commitment here with a Vow Renewal ceremony.
Pyrmont Wedding Registry monthly open days
Couples interested in viewing the ceremony rooms and finding out more about what we offer are invited to attend one of our regular open days.
Take the opportunity to tour the space, meet our celebrants, ask questions about the booking process and complete and sign your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) on the spot, ready for lodgement with the Registry*.
The open days are free to attend, and no registration is required.
Upcoming dates:
- Friday 28 March, from 9:30am-11:30am
- Friday 11 April, from 9:30am-11:30am.
*Note: both parties must be present and bring original Government issued identification to complete the NOIM.

Classic ceremony
Includes:

- up to 30 people capacity
- a Terrumi Room as your ceremony venue
- standard marriage certificate
- Native Springtime design commemorative marriage certificate (or choose another design)
- fee to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage.
Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm: cost $479
Saturday 9am to 4pm: cost $594
Select Saturdays 4:30pm-6pm cost: $799

Unique ceremony
Our Unique, one-off wedding ceremonies offer couples the chance to add a special twist to their big day.
They have all the inclusions of a Classic ceremony, as well as special event styling or activations, themed to the event.
Choose from a burst of colour at one of our evening ceremonies throughout this year's VIVID Sydney, some extra good fortune on Lucky Day 8/8 or a touch of the mystic on Halloween.
Our special events are as unique as each couple's love story.

Premium ceremony
Includes:
- celebrant
- increased capacity of up to 70 people with our two Terrumi Rooms combined into one space
- choose a loved one to do a reading during your ceremony
- standard marriage certificate
- Summer Seaside design commemorative marriage certificate (or choose another design)
- fee to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage.
Selected Saturdays, 5pm-7pm: cost $1,301

Legal-only ceremony
Includes:
- celebrant
- a small private room as your venue
- capacity of 4 - only the couple and their two witnesses
- fee to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage.
- standard marriage certificate with next day express collection or registered post
- Delicate Regal design commemorative certificate.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays 9am-4pm: cost $479
Saturdays 9am-4pm: cost $594

Vow Renewal ceremony
Married couples can declare their love for each other all over again by recommitting with a Vow Renewal ceremony. The service holds no legal significance.
Couples can select from the Classic or Premium ceremony packages as above. Prices start from $479.
Note: Classic vow renewal ceremonies are held Monday to Friday between 9am-4pm, or Friday 6pm-8pm.
Premium ceremonies are held on selected Saturdays between 5pm-7pm.
