The Australian Government has been advised by MediSecure that approximately 12.9 million individuals may have had their personal and health information relating to prescriptions, as well as healthcare provider information exposed by a cyber security incident.

The Australian and NSW Governments are working with a former prescription delivery service provider MediSecure, in relation to a cyber incident affecting the company and it's customers.

Aussizz have reported a potential data breach claim that cybercriminals have stolen and published company data. Aussizz are collaborating with external experts and government agencies to investigate the breach.
