Access to information
To promote open, accountable, fair and effective government in NSW, members of the public have a right to access government information.
How can I access Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade information?
Certain information is required by law to be available on our website, free of charge. This is called "open access information" and includes our policy documents, disclosure log and register of government contract.
Register of government contracts
All contracts the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade enters into with the private sector valued over $150,000 are required to be recorded in the register of government contracts.
The disclosure log lists requests for access to information held by the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
