Location
Delegate is a rural village in southern NSW just a few kilometres from the Victorian border. It is nestled amongst some of the finest grazing land in NSW and is surrounded by Errinundra and Kosciusko National Parks.
Getting there
Delegate is 6 hours' drive from Sydney, 3 hours' drive from Canberra, and a 2 hour drive from Jindabyne.
Patient transfers and direct admissions
Southern's District Patient Flow Unit coordinates patient movements between hospitals in Southern NSW Local Health District, and to or from hospitals outside our district.
The unit manages transfers, coordinates conference calls between referring and accepting clinicians, confirms bed availability, and books patient transport so care is timely and safe.
