Private mooring licence request for vacancy

Transport for NSW must be notified if your vessel will be absent from its mooring for more than 28 days. Use this form to make a vacancy request for your vessel.

Your vessel must not be absent from its mooring for more than 28 consecutive days without written approval from Transport for NSW. Use this form to request your vessel be absent from its mooring for more than 28 consecutive days.

You can submit it in person at any service centre or by post or email.
