Sponsorship

The NSW Government logo should always be used when funding or support is provided by the NSW Government.

The NSW Government logo should be in the most prominent position and the full colour version of the logo should be used or the reverse red Waratah with white text version where legibility and accessibility is not achievable.

NSW Government department and/or agency logos should not be used.

All materials must include an acknowledgement statement so that the NSW Government’s involvement is clearly communicated.

Suggested acknowledgement statements include 'Proudly funded by' and 'Proudly supported by'. Statements can vary slightly depending on the context of the NSW Government’s involvement.

If there is more than one funding contributor, the acknowledgement must include the NSW Government first and then name each contributor in order of the value provided.

Supported by and Proudly funded by NSW Government logos

If you are an organisation external to NSW Government and have questions about use of the NSW Government logo on a funded project contact your funding manager from the department that is coordinating the project.

Funding acknowledgement for infrastructure and capital works

All recipients of NSW Government funding for infrastructure and capital works must acknowledge that it came from NSW Government.

If your agency is administering funding schemes such as these you must ensure the recipients of funds adhere do this.

The funding acknowledgment guidelines for infrastructure and capital works will help you determine what kind of acknowledgement is appropriate for each project. It will outline where signs should be displayed and for how long, and how to obtain NSW Government approval for acknowledgements.
