What we are doing

The most visited pages on the Fair Trading website now feature a live web chat service and an automated web chat bot. 

Live web chat

Customers can use the live web chat service to enquire about:

  • tenancy
  • buying products and services
  • building and renovating
  • strata and community living
  • buying and selling property
  • buying services.

Web chat bot

Customers also have the option to interact 24/7 with a chat bot about simple enquiries related to:

  • tenancy
  • buying products
  • services.

The chat bot can connect customers to the live web chat operator during business hours.

How we are tracking

There is strong demand for the live web chat service, as well as the chat bot service. Fair Trading is receiving excellent customer feedback.
