NSW Ambulance fees
If you have received treatment and/or transport from NSW Ambulance, you will need to pay a fee for this service. Timely payment of invoices is essential for those not exempt to avoid additional costs and actions.
Concession card holders or people with health insurance cover may be exempt from payment and, if eligible, can request a payment exemption.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty or other types of hardship, you can apply for a fee review. NSW Ambulance will consider your circumstances and may reduce or cancel your fee.

Locate your payment reference number from your fee notice under the payment options section and select a payment method.

Fees for icare, TAFE NSW, Service NSW, councils and more
Revenue NSW collects outstanding fees and debts on behalf of government agencies in NSW such as overdue council fees, utility or health service fees. If you have received a fee invoice or have a debt to pay, you will need to pay by the due date to avoid further costs and actions.
If you believe there has been an error or special circumstances that led to the fee being applied, call us on 1300 655 805 to request a review.

Select the government agency you wish to pay below. You will be directed to MyDebts to create an account for management of your fee such as view your balance, set up a payment plan or confirm your payment schedule.
Alternatively, one-off payments without creating an account can be made on the myFees portal.
