There is a range of legal and support services that can offer specific workplace related advice and guidance, including:

  • Community Legal Centres NSW - a not for profit that provides legal and related services to people in NSW 
  • LawAccess NSW - call 1300 888 529 for information on employment and other legal matters
  • Legal Aid NSW - for factsheets, resources, legal advice and help at court
  • Anti-Discrimination NSW - information and help resolving complaints if you feel your job loss was a result of discrimination
  • the Fair Work Ombudsman - information and independent advice about your workplace rights and obligations
  • the Fair Work Commission - Australia's national workplace relations tribunal dealing with unfair dismissal and unlawful termination claims.
