and more are on the way. We've partnered with agencies across all 12 government portfolios.

The OneCX Program has built

883 features

that are reusable across nsw.gov.au and enhance the digital experience for all users.

We've achieved a

28% uplift

in accessibility across all migrated agency content, delivering equal access to government information.

And trained

2,564 staff

to update and maintain their own agency-specific content.

We've achieved an

86% satisfaction

score, showing our commitment to supporting agencies throughout the migration process.

  • CMS Component Catalogue released. It provides an interactive, visual overview of the blocks and features available in our content management system (CMS) and links to detailed guidance on how to use them.

  • During the Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred emergency, communities turned to nsw.gov.au as the trusted source of truth for timely and reliable information. Increased website traffic during March reflects the vital role nsw.gov.au plays in keeping the public informed and supported when it matters most.

  • The DrupalSouth Splash Awards celebrates the best Drupal projects in Australia and New Zealand. The OneCX Program are now the inaugural award winners of not one but two awards:

  • The ServiceNSW Grants Personalisation project went live on nsw.gov.au - For the first time, people can log in to their MyService account and have their profile information drive the personalisation of relevant grants.

Digital Citizenship migrates to nsw.gov.au

The NSW Department of Education’s Digital Citizenship website migration to nsw.gov.au, facilitated by the OneCX Program, modernised content, improved accessibility, and enhanced the user experience, empowering students, parents, and educators with easy-to-find, practical digital safety resources.

Far West Local Health District joins nsw.gov.au

The Far West Local Health District provides health services to people in far west NSW. Read about their recent migration to nsw.gov.au as part of the OneCX program.

Women NSW joins nsw.gov.au

Women NSW aims to improve the lives of all women in NSW by achieving justice and equality through policy, innovation, and collaboration. In February 2022, the Women NSW website migrated onto nsw.gov.au as part of the OneCX program. Assistant Communications Advisor, Andrew Tsanadis tells us about his experience.

Couples wanting an intimate and affordable wedding with the Registry, can now create a wishlist for their wedding on nsw.gov.au, via the micro wedding and Registry wedding wishlist pickers.
